Concrete coring machine

The core drilling machine specially used in laboratory and site cutting core sample such as rock or other material. Core bit order separately.

Concrete core-taking machine is mainly used for highway, airport, port, wharf, dam and other cement concrete, asphalt concrete, limestone foundation core-taking for compression and folding test, the largest core sample up to 700mm.

Method of application

(1) Install a hollow drill with the appropriate diameter.

(2) Move the drilling hole to the required working place, fix the drilling hole with expansion screws, adjust the anchor screws to make the drill stable, or fix the drilling core machine with a heavy enough bottom plate to prevent the machine from moving when drilling the core.

(3) Connect the water source and check whether there is water flowing out.

(4) Start the generator and turn on the circuit switch.

(5) Rotate the handle to gently touch the bit to be cut, and when the bit is cut into about l0mm, the handle can be pressurized to accelerate the precession speed.

(6) After the cutting is completed, you can keep rotating, lift the bit, about 5mm away from the surface of the specimen, you can turn off the power, the bit leaves the surface of the specimen, and turn off the water source.

(7) Remove the fixing bolt, drag the corer away, and take out the sample with a clamp.

(8) When used, the drill should be prevented from hitting hard objects, so as not to damage the drill.

Announcements

1, when the concrete drilling coring machine in the drilling, should ensure that the feed speed is uniform, about 3 ~ 5cm/min, if found that the drill is stuck, can be appropriate to reduce the feed speed, if necessary, the drill can be lifted a section, and then slowly drilled, avoid hard drilling, so as not to damage the drill and the machine.

2. Adequate water cooling must be maintained during the whole drilling process.

3, drilling process, shall not be overloaded, when the motor temperature exceeds 70℃, (feel hot), should reduce the loading force, and replace the new drill.

4, at the end of drilling, only when the drill is removed from the workpiece, it can be stopped.
